here a sceenshot of my terminal window... there are many strange symbols - they all is a russian chars ((( can somebody assist me with this? maybe i need to use rus fonts withh terminal? or something else?

Yeah, look for a font chooser in the preferences. I'm not in front of a Mac now, but I believe there is a font chooser there...
