Aqua-Soft ForumsI installed a very good Mac OS X Tiger theme by Steve Grenier, and i have no scrollbars.. any idea why? I have windowblinds and it installed correctly.

You have scrollbars 
It's just that they are not skinned. There's probably an error in the theme file. Try another aqua theme and see if the consequences are similar.
have you paid for Windowblinds? or are you using the free version? in the free version there are some differences, like scrollbars are not skinned.
You need to get the enhanced verison of WindowBlinds = you need to buy the program.
