You can use file ".DTLA" or something like that to skin you mac but which is not safe for your system.

GuiKitty to decompile the ShapeShifter GuiKit file.

Then Guikit2Dtla to convert the GuiKit resources to DTLA format.

Then use ThemeChanger to apply the DTLA theme.

Just search the program names in Google. It's all free stuff.

Make sure the GuiKit you decompile matches the version of OSX you are using.
