indeed. I just did it with my IE just to check. And I have Flyakite icons and buttons installed, so mine actually looks even more like a Mac.

Then download a skin like Steve Grenier's Tiger, and apply the Brushed Aqua substyle to just IE. WB allows you to apply a default skin, and then override that skin with specific skins for specific programs. It's really handy, I guess, although I don't personally use the capability very much. =)
