(Help) Changing THIS color in msstyles

Anybody know how to change this color:

Those anybody know what color would best blend into the theme???

I can't help you there, but, from taking a look at the title bar, the gradient is pretty wide, going from a light highlight to a medium gray, so regardless of what color you pick, I think it's still not going to blend very well.
