(Help) Wallpaper dissapering

Unable to load any wallpaper, i.e. always get solid color background?

In Disply Properties window wall is visable but after I hit apply nothing happend??

Any1 knows what could couse this??

yeah i did it once to when i draged something from internet explorer on to my desktop try right clicking on your desktop>arrange icons by>and un-click show desktop icons, hope this helps
