[release] AveScripter

Sorry.. The release that was scheduled for day will be delayed for 1 - 2 days.. I forgot to ask Kol for some files, once I see him and get the files I'll update the system.. Meanwhile.. Here is the change log for 1.0.1.0.

Version 1.0.1.0

- New communication method to download XML data and Other data, Now works with Proxy,Http,HTTPs,FTP. Basically, if IE can get it, so can scripter. This means all username/password/proxy properties no longer work. And you can now use Default syntax in url to pass username/password. Example Http://TEST:TEST@www.blah.com

- Due to new Communication, the file size has dropped over 150k.

- New commands Script API URLToFile, GetSystemDirectory

- New Built in Check for Update. Default disabled. To enable it, go to the property page and check the box to enable it.

- New Scripter will now save the side you are currently on when saving or shutting down.

- Bundled skins, have been updated/fixed. Calculator (Small decimal bug), RSS Feed now has Mouse Scroller activated, ITunes fix detect and pause button, Picture Viewer will now get my picture path correctly, Calendar will always show today's date when your go to the current month)

- Pending issues, hyperthreading/timing bug. Currently in progress...

I would recommend the entire package since I fixed a couple things with the default skins and added a couple of small touch ups. I haven't added everyones requests in the skins, yet. I will eventually, but the engine stablility is more important.

And the scripter now has the ability to check for updates. Autocheck updates will check for new version every 14 days. (Which means, most probably I will not be doing updates every week ) The option is turned off by default and you can always do a manual check.

- Fix COM Interface Side Height/Width property to update the display if the side your changing is the active side.

Oh forgot to say. I've created a section in the download called Graphics for Desklet Requests. The idea for this is since there is people out there that can do nice graphics but no scripting skill and vice versa, scripters with no graphic skill.. This download/upload section would be a perfect place for people up upload graphics/requests so that scripters looking for "work" can take them.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but we'll see.

Is there a way to set the update frequency for the weather docklet? My dsl connects automatically on startup but it starts after Avedesk so unless I manually tell it to update the weather info, the display is blank.

Avescripter will try to fetch the information on startup.

The beta version of the avescripter will now first detect if there is an internet connections and then actually get the information. Avoiding the trigger of connections.
