Getting rid of the Menu button

I'm finishing up my first iTunes skin and I really don't like having the menu as a dropdown button. Is there a way I can get rid of it and get the default look back?

Menu_Button_***.bmps are made the same color as Titlebar.bmp.

True, both of those options get rid of the button but I want the default look back, meaning I want to see File, Edit, etc. back in the top left corner. How can I get that back?

You can't.

In iTunes 5/6, the menu is in the place of the titlebar so I have to draw the skinned titlebar over it.
