[link] iFizzle - The OS X Blog

Hey there, I just recently finished up what I like to call "The iFizzle." I wasn't sure whether to post this in the website forum or not since it has to do with OS X customization, so forgive me if this is the wrong place. Anyway, the URL is www.ifizzle.com. Flash Player 8 is required. Everything's fully functional in both the Powerbook and Cinema Display versions.. Let me know what you think, and I'm open to any and all suggestions!

Oh my god! This is incredibly impressive. Consider reworking your menubar font so it is all bold. Other than that, you're good!

Just remember, if you scroll down, there's a community sites subforum. This thread belongs there instead of in GD.

Note to Unbe: please spare this poor soul. He has proven his worth. :P

While I'll agree it's cool, I'd like to know how it rivals my site. Nothing in the menu bar is funtional. There is no right click. Windows aren't moveable or draggable or scrollable. No system preferences. No draggable icons. No resizeable icons. No themes, etc. Rival is hardly the word I would use :P. Also it's Flash and mine is JS, so there's a pretty big difference.

Still a nice site none-the-less :)

nice, sweet site, by the way when you click on the trash icon the finder icon moves as well same with the ical when you click it the notepad moves. Great site

I concur. I just visited it and had to upgrade to the latest version of flash. With the site Flyakite and I made, you don't need to download any additional software or plugins. But still, it is a nice site, and was weird watching it on my own apple cinema display lol.

And it's an interesting design for a blog...

Oooh very classy!

How long did it take you to make all that?

Overall, very nice look & idea. Keep up the great work

@flyakite, Xalcore--Pshaww, you guys are just jealous that your site can't measure up to mine.

@yanye--As soon as I download Flash I'll check it out ;). Judging from others' comments, it sounds awesome!

wow...looks amazing! If only the menus and the dock were more "clickable"....then the site would be complete. As is...it's still great though

That is the coolest, most well-designed site I've ever seen! Very Nice!
