rk launcher crash

i have to exit rk launcher(0.4beta)before shut down my pc,otherwise, the launcher will crash.when i open it next time,it just stay on the top-left of the window and doing nothing.what i can do is to reinstall it.is it a bug?(my OS is windows xp sp2 chinese edition )

at some time, the itemlist.conf or RKLauncher.conf file will be empty~

i must backup these files at to changed
