[REL] VW Dashboard

This was heavily inspired by whyred's dashboard icons. It's my first icon ever released, so any help you guys could offer on how to improve would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps a .PNG version? I had to use iConstructor to convert it (BUT IT WORKED! Thanks, RIMMER!).

Other than that, it's an excellent icon. The only thing that might need some work is the main red pointer--the end seems misshapen, and the glow seems a bit harsh. Do you know what I mean?
