I'm not sure if this is the same one but marine aquarium is pretty cool:
It's the screensaver from Microsoft Media Edition 2005.
It won't run on XP/2000/98, it needs to be modified/hacked.

I already told you, it's a special version of Lifeglobes Goldfish made with blue rocks for Microsoft. It comes with either MCE2004 or 2005. So have a good look in your screensavers, did you install them?
