How immature and incredibly stupid! This convo had to be doctored as a chat agent would never tell the customer that other people are waiting for the service and they would never try to force the person to leave even if they thought it was a prank chat. I know this because I used to be a chat agent at a large company. Do you really think that Apple would allow this? I don't think so.....
