No. There's no bmp. The buttons for inactive iTunes are part of the Titlebar because there is no bmp for the inactive buttons. You can use Photoshop or Paint etc to edit the Titlebar_Right.bmp. Just stretch the " background part over the buttons and you can use the buttons on the left.

If there are more who want them on the left i'll make a update with this option.

ToNeR one bmp seems to be missing. When itunes is not selected the search text box is white but search border is grey. I swear it wasn't like that with older versions?
