[request] SS Chosen Aero v2 port

I've wanted this theme for a long time, I'm sure there are better Vista/Aero style themes for both Windows and Mac out right now but I would love it if someone ported digitaljames' mod of ChosenOS to Windows:

Unfortunately I couldn't find a working download link for the Mac version (its pretty outdated anyways) so you'd have to do a lot from scratch.

Yes but I lost it and besides, no offense to susumu but his work wasn't as good back then and it was for YzToolbar with Spybreak's mod so it wouldnt even work if I did have it.
