at the release of Royal Inspirat Special Edition (on which a similar icon is featured) there were a lot of requests for this icon. as far as i know those requests have never been answered. this leaves me to beleive that one of 2 things are possible: 1. it's just another photoshopped addon that Stefanka like to do in his previews, or 2. it's just a single folder icon that he (or someone else) made for personal use and is not meant to be released.
