Take a look how susumu did it.

When designing stuff you need to realise that shadows and perspective are very important. Shadows should be realistic as much as possible.

Assuming you want the box itself to possibly hover off of the ground a bit... don't necessarily blur the shadow more but make a slightly blurred shadow in the shape of the bottom of the box and adjust the opacity accordingly based on "how intense" you're portraying your light or how far it is from the ground.

The way it looks now the box appears to be ballancing on the tip and even if you wanted to make it joggle on a tip the shadow should be a bit different.

btw, the shadow is kind of light and you cant see it

Better but just a bit

"Attach" the shadow to the bottom of the box and don't blur it so much. I'll show you an example when i get home.
