I haven't begun with radio controls or sliders yet. I don't know that I'm entirely happy with the grey-ish "Window Text" background, it may go white or darker (as is/white being easier, darker probably would look better but likely require some 3DCC action I think).
The scroll band wasn't what I initially had in mind, but it fits better than the original idea.
Comments/Suggestions/Constructive Criticism? This is my first go 'round at a VS.

. i especially like the line texture you added. my only suggestion would be to make the window corners either completely rounded or square. 45 degree angle line looks kind of odd.
I agree with kira's comment on the corner. Other than that, I'm loving the colors and fonts. can't wait for the initial release.

Yeah, looks alot like area o4. That's not a bad thing, but you should try and make it a bit more different.
looks like international which is a great theme. I'd use it.
@sakurakira: rounder corners are in the works.
@deelo: I am probably going to use SkinStudio, because I have a difficult time interpreting some of Stylebuilder's views (top/bottom/side task bars, for starters) and I think that I will spend less time tweaking-applying-testing-tweaking-applying with SS.
@mrhotwings: the minmaxclose glyphs are going to stay the same, but I will see if I can give them a little more oomph. 
@Malek & AbbaZaba: INTL and areaO4 were both big influences on this project (insert props to Aero and Heylove here). Once I have more visual elements fleshed out, those roots should become a little less obvious though.
