lombdude, copy the files in your outlook directory. Remember that WinXP dllcache try to restore the original files.

You mentioned it's not complete.. When will it be? What goodies do you plan to include? Should I wait a bit?

The toolbar buttons are incomplete because haven't icons and some icons are temporaly (I work to overwrite by other more quality).
I work for look icons more higher (maybe 48px, similary to mail). I don't know that it's possible but I try it.

Also if you using IE right click the link and choose "Save Target As" and that should start your downlaod.

The icons in Mail are 32x32...
