Alright...well, part of it is that your requirements are too strict, especially for a new site. I was going to upload a file because of your positive attitude, but I don't have time to write up a long File descriptions, a short one, etc.

No, man. Please upload the file. The Short decription can be the same as the complete. The function for the short description is just for the highlights only if the description is too long.
