[Request] Program to move windows

The other day, I saw a program that will allow you to move and resize a program's window, by clicking anywhere on the it. I do not remember the name or where I saw it. :( I'm hoping someone know what I am talking about or can recommend a similiar program. Thanks.

Anywhere?? Sooo....what if you wanted to select text inside a window instead of moving it? I believe you - but it must be a little different than what I'm imagining, otherwise it would be more of a hindrance than a help.

btw, it seems to me a better tag would have been [help] - I could be wrong. It's just that you're not really requesting that anyone make a program. Hey, at least you have a tag, right? =D Cheers.

it may work similarly to the msn messenger 7.5, so you can drag the window from any place but the space with the conversation on it!!! i don't really know it's just my guess

I had "help" first, then changed it because I'm requesting, but I didn't know that "request" was relating to having a program made.

I don't use MSN so I don't know if it is exactly the same, but it sounds close. Basically it's a program that allows you use a key (such a ctrl) in conjuction to holding the mouse button to move a window. In turn, you can move the window by "grabbing" anywhere on it to do so, not just on the title bar. Hope the makes sense.

Are you sure that Full Screen Application is the one he was looking for?

From his description, the full screen app doesn't sound remotely like what he was looking for. He basically wants something where you can movie the window without having to click on the title bar.

Yes, exactly! Full Screen seems to have the option, according to the feature list.
Moving a window around easily by clicking and dragging anywhere inside it, not just in its title bar
I will try it out, but the one that I saw didn't have the other features and it was freeware. I ran across it the other day and now have completely forgotten where I saw it and it's name. Thanks for the link and I will try it out.
