[help] FTP Desklet - Connection Problems

I'm having troubles with the FTP desklet. I've got it set up like this:

Name: Home

Server: zxian.dyndns.org

Port: 4200

Username: AquaSoft

Password: AveRules (don't worry.. it's a test account)

Passive Mode: Yes (checked)

Link Format: ftp://AquaSoft:AveRules@zxian.dyndns.org:4200/ <=== Works in IE

And... I get this:

Any ideas? I'm kinda lost with this. I've searched this entire section all the way back to the very first post, but haven't found anything.

EDIT - On checking my logs, it seems like my home computer (where the FTP server is running) isn't recieving any connections from the desklet.
