So they should open in a blank one... Is this something like a Dreamweaver <> FF conflict? In IE everything works fine so...

They open in a new window for me using ff.
I don't know that much about these things, really, but I do know that there are settings and extensions for Firefox that allow you to prescribe certain actions of certain things - I would check to make sure you didn't have any settings that were forcing things to stay in the same window. For instance, when I open pages that are supposed to open in new windows, Firefox forces them into new tabs instead for me. So I'm not exactly sure what your problem is, but it sounds to me like it may be a Firefox setting.
Go to Firefox then Tools>Options>Advanced and under Tabbed Browsing "Open links from other applications in:" choose "a new window"

edit: looks like I got an other prob. I'm using frames for the page, now in FF I can still scroll up or down. This really sucks because the navigation gets hidden. I got the scrolling="NO" in the html so it shouldn't scroll, right? But it does in FF...
i don't get a scrollbar in either FF or IE, but i do if i resize the window. just put "resizable=no" in the popup code to disbale that.
I'm not sure how it would be done (_parent) maybe, but you should have external links open in your "enter" page rather than subjecting users to more windows.
