[Help] iTunes keeps forgetting where my files are.

I ripped a CD and then I could not play the songs because it said that it could not locate the stuff. I was angry so I deleted the stuff from the library and ripped it again. Then I notice that some of my podcasts could not be found. I found out that iTunes placed some of my stuff (with artist info) into an unknown artist folder. Why does it do this?
