*UPDATE* I found the font. For anyone wondering it's called "HandelGotD"

What font is that? I don't see it in the .rar file. I did a fresh XP install and lost all my GUI settings. That was my favorite system font!

HandelGotD is a payware font, so technically you can't just ship it with a theme.
