Sliding Div

Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out how to make a Div with its contents, slide from the top of the screen, or from behind another element if possible,

checkout the code from this website http://shauninman.com/

Any others? I've been to that site before and tried to mess around with that, but didn't come out as expected.

Would you like help getting it to work? I'm sure I can help you set it up the way you want it.

Look at this example

PS: Shauninman doesn't give to permission for sliding panels :( I don't understand, why didn't do it obfuscate JavaScript if you don't will give to permission?

EDIT: the technique I had in mind was called "fade everything"

this would be more helpful:

(great and very lightweight)

Using mooFX extensively here too, I love it to pieces :3

Howdy. Being the ever vain person I am, I did a quick search to see who's linked to my site (wdonline.com), and found this thread. If you're still needing help, give me a holler.

Btw, that mooFX looks sweet! My next design is going to feature some animation (I haven't done any in a while on my site), I might just have to use that library instead of rewriting old animation library. Hmmmm.

hi all.

i used sliding divs in my website: removed

every artists page has multiple sliding divs. the necessary javascript can be found in the file slider2.js, and the html on the site itself.

hope that helps.

rate a couple of songs while you're there!

Congratulations! You've earned yourself an official Aqua-Soft banstick poke. "What does this mean," you ask? It means that if you continue to bump threads and spam your site on our forums, you'll get an all-expenses-paid trip to Banland!
