Flyakite 2 and other VS..?

I have flyakite 2 installed and use it as my default system but would like to try other visual styles like alluvium magnate, etc

Can I install them on top of flyakite?

Yes, flyakite is independent of the theming system. The icons flyakite came with WON'T change to reflect your theme, but that's not deadly or anything .

This is true..not a big deal about icons and if I really get my panties in a bunch I can change them with iconpackager.

I just wanted to make sure using a different VS (not windowblinds bit just msstyle or other themes floating around) would not muck it up..I have mucked up in the past..

And I wanted to try my hand at desktop skinning and playing with different stuff..I used chaninja's stuff for such a long time (years) and finding this board really opened up a lot of kewl stuff for me..
