suggestions for improvements on my desktop

this is my current desktop, i am a complete amateur at skining, changed my xp into this mac style via flyakiteosx. But i was just wondering if you guys could help me out with any suggestions for improvements, it would be much apprecited, and anything that is relatively simple to install such as icons etc.

Taskbar clock, Mac dock is transparency and you may try to make you dock more colorful, yous is too blue:P

Yes, for the clock, suggestion are TClock Light.. Some icons on your desk with Avedesk.. Rk Launcher for dock.. For more realism use WB for glyphs at left and roll up like Mac.. You could use ObjectBar too for the taskbar same like Mac (Finder.. Clock and systray)

I wanna add something to Millenium's othervise great suggestions:

Use RK Launcher instead of ObjectDock

Use AveDesk 1.2 that is available in the forums rather than the version from my sig. It is just a teaser version before we launch AveDesk 1.3

Mplugin and use WinFX for shadows. Finder icon is the first one in the dock. It looks okay.

Remember if you are installing a mac theme to get the font right you need to turn on cleartype font, this maybe be the cause of some of the weird looking text. To do this

right click>properties>appearance>effects>

and in the second text box change it from standard to cleartype.

this will give you a more realistic mac effect and even if you don't have a mac effect it adds style to any theme its a good windows effect.

It's very little hassle to install 1.2, and then upgrade to 1.3. Might as well use 1.2 .
