[Help] installing Brushed 3.5 VS

hi,

i'm having trouble installing Brushed 3.5 Visual Style by hills-roppongi. i unzip both the Brushed 3.5 and Brushed 3.5 Graphite folders into C:WindowsResourcesThemes but when changing Visual Style in Desktop > Appearance menu, only Brushed 3.5 Graphite VS is available not Brushed 3.5. I can only apply VS if i click on the .msstyles file. the theme dll has been patch.

can someone help? this doesn't happen only on this theme, it seems like some themes will show up after in copy the folder to Themes folder while others don't show up as a theme in the menu with all the themes you can pick from (Desktop > Appearance)

Yeah, I have the same problem with some of the skins I download sometimes, I hope you find an answer, this bugs me alot.

Yeah, the themes only show up in the list if their filename matches the name of the containing folder.

Example:

Amagnite.msstyles would only show up if it was in a folder called Amagnite.

If it was in a folder called Alluvium Magnite, it wouldn't show.

Regardless, there's nothing really wrong with having to click the .msstyles file...it's not that harmful .

thx nightcrawler, i got it show up in the list of available themes by renaming the folder to match the .msstyles file.
