Looks very cool. Reminds me of Alluvium Magnite beta (titlebar widgets) and Powermetal by swiz. If it's only an inspiration, that's fine. I really like finder buttons. Keep it up and bring some high-quality beauty to this sorry Windows world 
One friendly advice: drop HandelGotic font and try Eurostile, it might be worth checking.
