[request] System Icon changing program

OK, a while ago I had a small program which allowed me to easily change most of the icons on my system. However, I recently reformatted and can't for the life of me remember what it was called and where I could get it again. I do remember there was a small drop-down list at the top where you could select "File Types", "Drives", "Folders" and so on, and it's name was "Icon" or "XP" or something similar. Sorry for being so vague, any help is appreciated
