[request] iBar 5 for Windowblinds

Hey all, dobee made an awesome msstyle based off of iTunes 5+ called iBar 5.x and I love it.

Similar, though not quite the same, was the WB release of Streamlined.

However, i like how accurate and clean iBar is compared with Streamline, and I'm dying to have it in windowblinds form so that I can have the glyphs on the left, etc. Can someone who knows what they're doing PLEASE port it over? I'd be forever, forever indebted.
