Is anyone having problems with the toolbar with this VS? Mine looks like this. (See attached file.)

Also -- in webpages (in IE at least) the buttons are black on black, making them virtually illegible. Any possibility that that might be changed. Or any sugestions on how to do it myself? Thx.
