If I install Aeroshell and it Replaces explorer, as it says it does on the website, will i still be able to use all my Windowblinds Themes,Objectbar,ObjectDock, Etc

@scottee1985: Aeroshell doesnot replace any Files. It is based on Samurize,

It is intended to be a shell replacement, functionally. :)

Windowblinds and Objectdock should be fine. I've never used Objectbar, but I would imagine it would still work.
