Jagged Highlighted Icons [HELP]

Hey whenever I select an icon it goes all weird and jagged, it looks yucky, Heres an example

This is what it looks like on my sisters account, same PC. Shes using default WinXP skin though maybe thats the reason.

I'm guessing the highlight colour in the VS is the cause.

I had that happen with few of my visual styles but i fixed it. I just can't remember what you have to edit in StyleBuilder to fix it >.<

Right click on your desktop -> Properties -> Apperance -> Advanced

Under Advanced click on the first combo box then hit Selected Items, you can change the colour there

Yeah thats what I mean but what colours are good to select that dont blur my icons?

I really couldn't tell you that, I'm sorry. My best be would be to use the default colour... which I think is in that screenshot you posted off your sisters account.
