Aqua-Soft ForumsI have a linksys router and theres this option to make it an internet drive or whatever so I can host files. Its called DMZ HOST but I can't get it work :slant: any ideas?

Sure its not too difficult. Maybe yo ushould start a new thread though and I'll explain it.
Be aware that enabling the DMZ will make make you more vulnerable, since you're removing a layer of protection.

if your going to host a home server you shold just use port forwarding, look for it in the link sys menu. and make shure you open port 80 for web and 21 for ftp and have it routed to your local ip
