wow these new iTunes skins are being churrned out at an amazing rate. i think these are better than the selection of skins we had available for the previous iTunes. this skin is great! i had recolored Big Red Machine to blue to match, but it wasn't really the same. thanks for the work man!

Just a couple of notes:

1. I see that you tried to fix the LCD glith with this skin, but now when a song is played, the first 2 bars of the prograss bar don't show. It would be better if you included SkinData.ini with your skin and turned on the option to fix the glitch, and used the iTunes_371.bmp found it in the Mac OSX skin.

2. The shadow color of the bottom/top text looks a little out of place.

Sweet....it now seems that itunes will become one of the things that you can theme when you change visual style

it would be nice to have have a basic set of colored ones just as basic theme matching(like this and the big red machine), then have also one that are ment to match a theme(ex OSX,Milk,InspiratSE)

The only text i have changed is the titel text and the top! The rest are the default colors.

Also it seems like i`ve some problems while choosing a color value. Which one is it? RGB?

I've copyed the value out of photoshop's color options.

The text color is depending of the shadow color, right?!

No. Just look at the SkinData.ini file, there are different values for the text and for it's shadow. There's one limit though, the shadow color should be greyscale.

Yes, i know but for me it seems like evrything is orange when i change the backgound color. But i`ll try around when i come back home.

toner: nice skins but any chance of updating your inspiratSE theme to fix the minimode border glitch (now than localhost fixed that apparently)? oh and if you feel like it how about version with a border? i'm talking about the main player there of course. sorry if this didn't make sense, i just woke up.

Your fixed bmp contains the border, the controller square and the first two "stripes".

Perhaps i don't understand the fix but i couldn't see the first two grey "stripes" in your OSX skin and nothing different to the default iTunes skin. All stripes have the same "default" color.

My skin has a different info-bar background..... hmm, i dont know, perhaps i don't understand.

what happens if you delete the 5.x.x.x folder from the Mac OSX folder?

is the glitch fixed then?

Multi-Plugin should load the closest match, and 5.0.x.x i closer than 5.x.x.x so that's what it should load. but who knows.

Looks a lot better with the fonts changed.

One last note - you should've named the 5.x.x.x folder 5.0.x.x. Those folder names should indicate the versions of iTunes in which the skin works, and I'm pretty sure that any complex skin won't work with 5.1.
