I've searched for the original version of the new Macromedia Studio 8 icons, for use in a dock, but since I haven't found them I decided to make some of my own, designed to resemble the originals

frankly they don't look as good as the bad studio 8 icons, but they are nice if they weren't studio 8.
1) the original icons were poop anyway
2) your logos are blurred
3) your gloss is very nice, but the orb itself is a bit standard with the inner light and the outer dark glowshadowthing.
4) fireworks should not have black inner glow
6) the original icons for studio mx were readable and the studio 8 frankly they are **** icons. tsktsk macromedia is bad after being bought be adobe

yeah, the purpose is to mimic the original macromedia icons, I'm not planning on a professional looking since they're for personal use, and fw does not have a black inner glow, it is a radial gradient using the same colors of the studio 8 icon, maybe I could try to lighten it a bit, thanks for the comments

you don't always have to just go blacker or go whiter you could just use warmer lighter colors like a red orange to a dark red for flash.

I don't know why Adobe didn't just hire you Pat. Maybe its the fact that you prefer to slate other peoples work rather than actually finishing/producing your own work.

anyways is it more important to get payed some money to do private work or do free work that only somepeopple will go to your thread and say ok this is a good icon or theme or wallpaper. i could say the same to you since you never have released since a long time ago
Yeah, a few months is a LONG time. Please use proper sentence structure, instead of one long run on sentence.
And "never have released since a long time ago" makes no sense. How can you NEVER release anything since a long time ago? He also stated that you dont finish OR produce your own work. Most of your stuff are just mods of other peoples work, with the occasional wallpaper that looks like other peoples.
I have seen three icon set mockups from you never get released. I have seen 4 mockups of aeroesque, never get released...all i have seen from you on a consistent basis is negativity and unjustifiable harsh criticism (ie THESE SUCK).
In my opinion mr yan, you are just a young boy with a big head. If things aren't perfect you condemn the people, call them stupid, make fun of them, and tell them that their work is inferior to yours.
That is not mature. Criticism is a great thing when applied correctly, and this is something that you will learn when you get into the real world. The things you say are rarely helpful, and telling someone who is on a WINDOWS site, to go look at your mac work is a little bigheaded. Step down to reality son, and learn some manners.
