[help]Toast

i totally new with toast and i just broungt it. the toast 7 and i dont know how to burn it

i was trying to burn a Mpg file to CD. when i hit the big red button, i doesnt do anything, i tried to hit it again and it shakes still doesnt do anything! i already inserted a blank CD.

Can some 1 help me out? (a intruction would be helpful)
