[Release] Mac OS X Panther Borderless ShellWM Skin

This is for those cheapskates who don't want to pay for WindowsBlinds

All the ShellWM skins (that I know of) seem to be jaguar ones, so I thought I might bring them more up to date with a panther one. I might make a Tiger one later.

The skin is based on Cassiel's AquaBorderless skin, simply because I can't be bothered rewriting the .cey files.

Has anybody had a problem where there is a black box attached to the border?

I got it when I was creating the skin, so I changed it to a 1 pixel border for both left and right and it seemed to work. -BUT- I didn't do it for the bottom one.

Tell me if you get any problems.
