Alcal Beta 2 Released
Great work so far alilm! Could I suggest you concentrate developing this app? There is no accurate iCal clone yet and it will be very welcome. Besides, Elppa is gonna release iTunes for PC so it is kinda a dead project. What do you think?
See ya on the IRC
GREATTTT app, but buttons dont work at all, and i can't even close the app using close button

This promises!! :own:
@Voodoo411: the buttons are not functional yet. What alilm is showing us is a little foretaste of what is to come.
Hmm, doesn't run at all on W2K.
holy crap did you take that screenie from a mac?
very nice job...
Way to go Alilim!
Would be helpful if it can minimize to tray so that it can pop into the desktop at will or launched from a dock icon. This app. would be very important to all especially to college students keeping track of tests and assignments and soccer game schedules for teenagers and below in the U.S. (organized club/recreational soccer is big in the U.S.) . :smartass:
Present Performance Bugs: The top part and the bottom part do not show up (I use nVidia Card). Needs to be re-sizable. Not all of us have 17in-20in monitors. It's better that the default size when it opens can be set on the options otherwise it may be worthless for many.
if somebody else could just finish an iPhoto app by some other name...it would be so dreeaaaammmy
sweeeeet.......
is this gunan be able to read schedules from the real ical? (like use same format for documents?)
and what is it coded in? C#?
btw u are amazing!
thanks
dstro
Lookin good so far...I agree about making this your main app, no one's done it yet! and true, Apple is making iTunes, as well as MrAqua.
But it looks nice, looking forward to future releases.
@dstro: it is coded in C++.
My only suggestion is to make the app as accurate as possible, even if people begin demanding some other features...

Hey Alilm;
You know we are very fortunate to have the good group of talented developers that we have in both our communities (Aqua-soft & AquaXP)...
It would be really nice to see a fully functional 'iCal' to use...I know that MaXuM has one in development and now Damnloneykid is pondering about creating one too...
It looks great, and now lets see which one of our developers will be the first to produce one...
Good competitive 'Developer Gamesmanship' should be very healthy for our great communities! :surfer_dude:
awesome app dude , take your time man , & give us the best !!!
