It is not an iTunes skin, but a avetunes skin, Avetune is a remote control interface for itunes whitch work with Avedesk. So search Avedesk and Avetune and you'll find what you want.
Im very sorry i just start using itunes and im totaly **** but i like it very much and i didnt even know what to search sorry again it will not happen again so admins can close or delte this tread
