I goofed up Saf09 at my site so I decided to play with it for a while. I made some changes to the tabs (center brightness is retained when in full size view) and made the scrollbar thinner. I don't know if i'll keep the changes but if you want to try it, let me know if there are any bugs or improvements to be made. Thanks..

Throbber - I'll work on or pick some other throbber. I'm getting tired of this one as it is. Does Safari use a throbber? If so, where can I get?
The colors would seem out of place in that throbber. How about using aqua colors like that of the tabs?
It's nice Lynchknot, I like the mouseover to blue. It's a good update especially with the rounded address field!

how about this - it will look bad here because I had to remove the transparency around the edges - but on the toolbar it's not bad - it matches the icons in color.

lol - trouble is turning a png to a gif and making it look good - the only way is to make it an MNG which i'm not familiar with.
