I got all the images such as start button etc.. ,

but i wanna know how to make a visual style of those images.

Like what program i have to use to make a .msstyle?

i will use ETERNAL 1.0 FOR personal use ONLY

ResHacker, ResBuilder, or StyleBuilder can do msstyles. Stylebuilder is probably the easiest, because it's specifically designed for making msstyles.
