[help] Looking for iPod Speakers

The first and most important requirement is that they must be UNDER $50 dollars. If you have a really strong recommendation for something that's between $50 and $100, please share it though.

[Edit: Now that I think about it, that's unreasonable. I suppose $30-$80 is better, with an emphasis on the lower end of the scale ;)]

So anyway, I'm looking for a set of speakers that will work with my iPod, preferably something that I can use with the Alarm Feature (I have a 4G by the way).

Anything will work. Please comment on sound quality, bass, etc.

I found this which looked pretty good:

The spotlight reviews seem positive, but I read something else on Forbes (another review) that said that the sound was horrible, and that it didn't even charge the iPod while it was in the speaker set! (I'm more worried about the latter).

The speakers don't have to be travel ones like the ones listed above.

Anyway, thanks for all your suggestions!

Here are the same speakers at 29.88. That's FIVE dollars off!

I like using audio cables that I connect to my stero system and I love it just a suggestion. I all so have a speaker set called Bose SoundDock Digital Music System for when im in the sun room very pricey though. I love the first one just as much,

@Diamond--Yeah, I've tried that before (and it's a very elegant solution, especially for around $8.00!), but there's no stereo in this particular room (and I don't want to mess around with trying to extend it).

@Vague--Haha, thanks for spotting that. There's a good $10 discount!
