On this day six years ago (in an alternate reality) the Moon was violently ripped from Earth orbit by a cataclysmic nuclear explosion, sending the inhabitants of Moonbase Alpha into the unknown. So begins Gerry Anderson's fanciful 1970's Sci-Fi cult classic TV show, Space: 1999. To celebrate this historic day in geekdom history, resident artist, Dave Brasgalla, is pleased to offer his latest freeware collection - Space: 1999. This is a perfect example why in my opinion, Dave Brasgalla is (along with David Lanham) the best icon artist GUI community ever had. Each icon is a mini masterpiece of its own and you will love them whether you watched the show or not.
