Ipod

My friend just bought an iPod and he plugged it in and tried to get it to work... then terror struck... error messages! constant freezes! constant reboots!

I'm looking into buying one myself, but I don't want to go to sleep with nightmares everynight.

So how do they work on PCs? Any users out there?

i assume your friend has bought the newest model of iPod? i have recently purchased the new 10 gig iPod, and i havent had any problems what so ever with it. i use Ephpod to transfer music to and from my ipod. tell your friend to try that program, and if that doesnt work, maybe he should consider taking his ipod back for an exchange... there shouldnt be any problems using it with windows... good luck.

yea, i havent heard any problems about hooking up the windows iPod to windows. if you were to try hooking up a mac iPod to windows, it wont like it. hooking up a windows iPod to OS X should work fine, though :D
