Desktop Icons Shadows

Well, I know that you can't put shadows on the text in Samurize (kind of like the default XP icons), but I was wondering if there was another way to do it, like with LiteStep or something. Also, what is the best/most OSX realistic icon font? (Like LucidaMacBold 9pt or something?) Thanks,
