[help] Can't enter Music Store in iTunes 5

I'v just installed iTunes 5 and it's working fine BUT when I click the 'Music Store' button suddenly it's stuck and then I get an error message from windows

iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close...

The same thing happens when I go to 'Podcasts' and the click the podcasts directory.

can anybody help?
