Idea for customizing windows

I had a great idea. I am goign to learn some C++ and do this.

Basicly:

I will release a bunch of skinnable controls. (Buttons, scrollbars, drop-down-menus, etc) that work like apple's ones. The default skin will NOT be an os x one. I'll just make up something. This is just so I don't get sued.

Then I make an app that lets you replace teh standard controls set by windows, to whatever you want.

So: You replace windows' scrollbars with wuzzie's scroolbars with this app and then you have both buttons on one side!

With this app you can also configure and change the skin of the control. For example, with scrollbars, you can make them have buttons: 1 top 1 bottom, 1 top 2 bottom, 2 top 2 bottom, 2 top 1 bottom.

Also, if I get teh basic thign done, Could Xero please make the OS X skin? You're the only good person (?) at making OS X skins for windows. Sorry KoL, but your title bar is weird.

...but yeah this idea would be great! I'm really liking the scrollbar idea the most.

I gathered this would be the only possible way.

Just imagine...

OS X Scrollbars, glowing buttons, real tabs, that awsome colour picker with the crayons, etc...

Mmmm....

EDIT: Okay this is basicly what the app for changing teh controls will look like.

Isn't this what vjay (I believe that's his name) tried/is trying to do?

There was a recent update to his program, vanimator--I would collaborate/talk to him.
